  • Terrible service! I would give zero stars if I could. Went to this location to purchase a dishwasher. Purchased on a Tuesday. Was told we would receive a call within 48 hours to confirm delivery time. Did not receive call. When we called back to find out information, the delivery company (which Lowe's farms out) said they hadn't even received our order. Called Lowe's back to find out why. Was laughed at by the Delivery Manager and hung up on by the next employee. This was after Lowe's had already received nearly $600 for the dishwasher. Went to the store to speak with the Store Manager. All he wanted to do was offer our money back and wanted to get us out of the store. He never even tried to save the sale. When we told him how we were treated by his employees, he only said "that doesn't sound like them". We decided to go to RC Willey instead. Made it there after 3:00 pm on the same day we got the refund from Lowe's. The service was outstanding. The prices were lower, and they had the dishwasher installed in less than 24 hours! We have been regular Lowe's customers and will never shop there again. Neither will any of our family and close friends. Shame on you, Lowe's. You really should try to select competent Management. I have been in retail management for 20 years and I know when stores fail it falls on the Management. I know where I won't be going the next time I'm out recruiting for quality Managers. And I know where I will be going. Thank you, RC Willey!!
