  • This hotel is amazing! Housekeeping was my favorite, they were super nice, caring, helpful and really the best part of the stay making it comfortable. No matter where you went you were greeted and with a smile, super clean everywhere and omg the beds!!! I can go on and on about the beds! I loved the bed so much that I had to pull the sheets to check the brand and will be purchasing one of my own. Our room also had a 1/2 bath which worked out great since there were 3 of us, the stand up shower is something I prefer, I loved doing my makeup in the main bathroom because the lighting made it come out perfect every time. I didn't do so well on the slots but also not much of a slot kind of person so don't take my advice on that. Loved the shark reef, pool areas were amazing but beware of the sand because it will burn your feet, some parts of the main lobby and casino have a strange smell that I never got used to and that's probably the only bad thing I can say. Tram is right there in the hotel and super fast and easy to use, so helpful throughout our trip the entire time.
