Seriously an hour and a half wait for brunch? I love the Eldorado and have always had good service, but I don't get the hiring of young kids to host. You need someone who can manage tables and keep things moving, the only reason I am saying this is because I worked many years in food service. Also of note, wait staff hygiene is always a good thing. Last time I ate at the Eldorado the individual whom waited on us had the worse breath I have ever encountered. I didn't want to be rude and say something but when it knocks you over, that's a problem. It will be a while before I return. If you can't handle serving brunch, stick to lunch and dinner. Sad because typically the food is fantastic.
