  • This is the worst Auto Glass install company I have ever dealt with. The tech who put in the glass on my 1999 Honda Accord was rude and arrogant. He started blaming the window gasket manufacturer before he was even done with the job. I took the car out later that day and the gasket came out in two spots both about a foot long. I then spoke with customer service and was told the owner would call me. He didn't so I called customer service back and I finally got thru to him. He asked who the service person was and said he would have them come back out. He said he would send a new windshield again in case it was needed. Finally later that week Justin the same tech shows up. He's still rude and arrogant and says he doesn't need to take the window out to make it right. He pumps in more black glue/sealant and says that should be good. He was going to tape down the gasket but didn't have any tape left. Totally disorganized installer. Needless to say the " repair" didn't work. I called customer service again to ask them to fix it they said the owner would call me back he never did. I called my insurance company who was paying for the job. They sent Safelite Auto glass who did a great job on the install. Tech was polite did an outstanding job and was prompt and efficent.
