At first I liked the store. Had a pretty great selection and the staff was very low pressure. Then it all went to Hell.
Found a great reclining sofa and love seat set and a dining table. the dining table was in stock (floor model) and the salesperson told me my couches would be delivered in 3 weeks as they were back ordered. We arranged to have the table and the sofas delivered at the same time, and I would just make do without furniture in my new house for a few weeks.
After waiting for a call for a month and still no call about my furniture, I called and spoke to a horribly rude customer service agent who told me I was out of luck and I could not have my dining table that has been sitting in their warehouse for over a month delivered early since I had already arranged to have it delivered with my sofas (which she has no idea when will be delivered, just that they aren't ready yet.) After being so rude and practically yelling at me on the phone when I was trying to be courteous, she hung up on me.
So here I am stuck without furniture. I finally called back again later and found out the sofas are in now (never received a call to tell me that!), but that they cannot deliver them until October. So I will have been without furniture for 2 months. They did not offer me any kind of discount for my inconvenience, only a stupid $50 gift card for their store that I will never use because I will never step foot in a Living Spaces ever again after this horrible experience. I am very seriously considering calling back and getting a refund since this had been so terrible. Stay away.
