  • I love a good food truck, but TIN Kitchen has set the bar so much higher than any other food truck I've had! They offer tacos, quesadillas, salads and nachos etc. and even have combo plates available (3 tacos for $10!) if you want to get a bang for your buck. The food is awesome, we ordered the following: *3 Taco Combo with Pork Belly, Brisket and Shrimp *Chicken Quesadilla Combo with Rice and Beans *Nachos (we did not add meat--though it is an option for $3 more) Everything was so tasty. The pork belly was my personal favorite, but all the tacos were fresh and flavorful. Each had it's own sauce that truly enhanced the taste of the proteins. The nachos also stood out as they are so different from what you expect. They are served with cotija cheese, salsa verda and a pretty hot red sauce. The chips are cold--which I know sounds strange, but the flavor profile with all the ingredients really works. Great experience all around!
