  • I walked in and the lady at the front desk was on her cell phone. Not talking, but holding it to her ear. She didn't acknowledge me. So I just took a seat. She took her phone away from her ear about 2 minutes later and asked me how she could help me. I informed her I had SCHEDULED a tour......I SCHEDULED this so she should have known I was coming and she was on her personal cell phone when I came. Needless to say my tour was pretty much the same as my first impression. Unprofessional and hell no I'm not sending my child here.
