  • I would love to begin this review in a positive manner, but cannot. We arrived 10 minutes early for our bridesmaid shopping appointment and were told to look at dresses on the racks while we waited for our consultant who was running a bit late. There were four other parties doing the same thing, so some common dresses were identified. Our consultant was harried, rushed, and out of sorts when she took measurements and gave each of our 3 bridesmaids two dress choices. Then she left us to our fitting and we didn't see her for over 30 minutes. No one checked on us, no one helped us, it was so strange. I had to go and find another consultant and ask for additional styles, sizes, colors, and information. Fifteen minutes later and our consultant rushes around the corner to ask us if we are ready to purchase? I truly believe this is not the way David's Bridal operates. We were confused and had so many questions. Please take note that we did not make a purchase this day because of the haphazard and unprofessional experience.
