  • Sorry Jimmy and Joe's today was not your day. Your service has so gone down hill the last few times we have come there. We used to come often, but after today we are done. After waiting on hold for 7 minutes to place a 1 item to go order, I was told it would be ready in 15 min. I arrived 20 min later and was told it was not done. When I paid for the calzone I advised I wanted ranch instead of the side of marinara it comes with. After waiting another 20 minutes I went up to the cashier and asked what was taking so long. She went in back and then was told it had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. She was so rude. No apology. She shoved it at me and ran in back and of course no ranch either. Seems like other reviews have mentioned how rude she is. Too bad she is ruining your business Jimmy and Joe's.
