  • This place is awful! At check in to a non-smoking room we were told there was a $150 fee if we smoked in the room. Walked into our room at 1 AM, it reeked of smoke, bedsheets were yellow with numerous cigarette burns and black hair all over them, carpet was filthy. There were roaches running around the bathroom. We walked out at 1:15, I told the attendant we could not stay here, he said he would do what he could to refund us and apologized. Next day my credit card charge dropped to $15, but then they were sneaky and put the charge up to $100 so it has been disputed with my credit card company. This place is truly a disgusting hole and given the choice you should just sleep in the airport. Complaint to corporate is pending as well, thought the HoJo name still had some self-respect but not so sure now. Senor Patel you should be ashamed to sleep at night with your name attached to this dump.
