  • Buyer Beware! Being a loyal customer means nothing to T-Mobile! They will steal your money and think nothing of it !! As if you didn't already know that. Let me make a long story short:: I had a prepaid plan. I paid $50.00 per month for talk, text and data. I had just paid my pre-paid bill and then we upgraded our phones. Now I have a VERY nice phone and a post paid plan. However, they WILL NOT give me a refund or even credit the new account. Even though I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years! They said that their policy on prepaid plans is that if you cancel the service at any time, the balance remaining will be forfeited. I know it will hardly matter to this corporate machine, but I am paying the balance off the new phone and moving on to a new carrier and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, which I always have in the past. Instead I will share my story of how I was ripped off. T-Mobile you should be ashamed.
