  • Called and sent artwork on Tuesday. Artwork need improvement, incurred extra charge and slipped to Wednesday. Artwork approved on Wednesday. Told delivery in 48 hors after approving artwork. Called Friday morning for pickup time and all they could tell me was they would call me when the signs were ready. It's now Friday afternoon. Called and only got voicemail. Signs needed for event on Saturday. Follow-up: Signs were ready by Friday afternoon, so I am improving my rating. Still slow service and poor communication. Picked up signs and they were very nice! Staff was friendly :-)
