  • First and foremost, their customer service is very respected. I was standing in line and not just once but the employees kindly said out loud that they apologize for the wait and that they'll be right with you. Jon and Mike were super HELPFUL. (I do recommend these two) Jon listened to my concerns and was doing all he could to get me the best deals. Mike jumped in to show me a variety of their rims and was able to show me in person what they looked like. I applied for a CarCareOne credit card and was instantly approved. My experience here has mad my day from bad to great. Thank you to the team of Craig Discount TIRES.
