  • First time I went there, they were helpful. Second time, dude sold me a new tire and threw it on for me. He pinched the tube ($8) and I had a flat 2 miles into my ride. I was irritated but that happens so no biggie. Today I came in to see if they could throw some brakes on a bike and adjust the chain and the guy said it would take a month. He looked at me like a) he just didn't want to do it and b) like I was someone whose business he didn't want (I was dirty from moving a bunch of stuff after a yard sale). Went to Brass Monkey and they took care of me. Never going back
