  • I just purchased a Mid Century Modern Console, and had it delivered. It arrived damaged and I immediately said something to the delivery guy. He called the Store and said my 2 options were to get a store credit or a discount on the piece. I was quite upset that I wasn't offered a full refund. He then informed me it was a "used" piece. I had no idea. They should really mark it used and not pawn it off as new. Not happy.
