  • first time we went and they told us we needed an appt. waited almost a month to get this appt and completely aggravated as we waited one hour even tho we had an appt. for a passport. on top of that we did not have copies of our driver licenses so she told us to go to a store and get copies and come back?! after waiting one hour??? and not to mention the slowness next will be our third attempt to get a passport for my little one. who knows what it will be this time?
