Went here with my sister & her awesome/exceptionally good-looking friends on Friday after Chuseok dinner at Mother's Dumplings. Very relaxed atmosphere, but there was a definite language barrier & the floppiness of the beanbag chairs (although comfy) had my fat butt almost touching the floor.
I ordered iced taro milk tea with grass jelly and it was very starchy, greyish (instead of the usual artificial mauve colour) & a tad too sweet. I sampled a bit of everyone else's and I found the white peach to be very Minute Maid orange juice-y. I really like the fact that they try to use natural ingredients, but I also really like my bubble tea to be supremely junky, full of syrup, contain a sickening amount of condensed milk & brimming with artificial flavours + colours. It's just me & my idiotic preferences. So the stuff I had here was almost too healthy for me. 4 regular bubble teas with taxes & tip came out to a bit over $25 (I clicked the 15% tip option on the POS terminal & paid with debit).
So I didn't outright hate it or love it to smithereens. 3 stars. The extra star was for the pretty Asian waitress' spectacular name: Rihanna. S-S-S & M-M-M!
