  • I mailed two certified letters and one arrived. The other has never arrived or been returned. This cost me money as I had to stop payment on a check. I do not know if this is unique to this branch or if it is universal. I will not use the USPS for anything that is sensitive or under some time pressure. I had not problems with the service people at the branch. The customer service person to whom my complaint was sent was nice. However their excuses were insufficient.
