I have been using Southwest for almost a year without any issues and John the Pharmacist was always nice. I use Southwest because it was recommended to me by my doctor and is close to the clinic. I also use CVS on occasion for two other prescriptions. Today when I attempted to fill my monthly prescription, John blatantly refused to fill it saying that if I didn't fill all my prescriptions with his pharmacy then he wouldn't fill any for me. I was shocked at his refusal. I explained to him that CVS was sometimes more convenient. I also told him that CVS sometimes had better pricing than his pharmacy when I filled multiple prescriptions. He seemed to become angry and basically threw my prescription back at me and said to go to CVS. John was incredible unprofessional and rude and I am checking into filing a complaint with the Pharmacy board. Stay away from this pharmacy and use a reputable one that won't refuse you service and over charge you.
