  • Very terrible customer service from the female owner. The only star is for the owner's husband who did a good job for interacting with us and genuinely helping us to assemble and try the dog stroller. We put our dogs in to see if the stroller size is fit or not. The female owner saw that and repetitively telling us that they don't allow this kind of trying contact between our pups and their items for "hygiene reason". Okay we can't try, fine. INFORM US THIS STUPID "POLICY" OF YOURS BEFOREHAND OKAY?! What are you trying to achieve here after telling us this? Making us uncomfortable and feel sorry so that we would buy your shitty overpriced stroller? Highly not recommended. If this store is solely operated just by the husband, i'll give it a four star.
