I feel strange writing a review on a place I've never been but seeing as though that choice wasn't mine I think it's necessary.
I purchased a groupon for a hair treatment - cut and conditioning. I called them to schedule my appointment, the message said it's best to email them instead. I left a message stating my preferred days and times for me to schedule an appointment. And because I'm a reliable person I also emailed them reiterating the same information. About a week passes and I never receive a phone call back or an email. At that point I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I suppose it's possible they never received my phone message or my email. I call them again, leave another message telling them my availability and letting them know I've called and emailed before, I then email them a second time saying the same as the message I left. Nothing. No call back, no email back.
Somewhere in between the first call I made and second I was walking past their shop and tried to go in to make an appointment, door was locked and lights were on but it looked empty. This was in the middle of the week in the early afternoon. If they are so busy they can't be bothered to answer the phone or reply back to an email you'd think the place would be packed.
Super frustrating to pay for a service you never received. Horrible way to run a business!
