Customer service subpar at best. Had a deadbolt I had purchased and re-keyed. It fell apart within 2 weeks. I had it exchanged. However, management wanted to charge me again for the re-key. Given I had already paid for the former lock to be re-keyed and fell apart due to their poor service and quality results, I requested they backup their services. They would not comply saying, "we are trying to run a business". I explained that I'm a long time customer and for $7 dollars they would loose my business. They did not care, so I will take my money elsewhere.
