  • The food here is flavorless and terrible! My son and I feel sick every time we have eaten it. The bathroom toilets look like they haven't been cleaned in a decade or so. Then there's a creepy guy working here who I think is a manager. I asked him about a coupon one day and he obviously didn't understand my question and was overbearing and persistent so I couldn't explain. Like gosh I musta been such an inconvenience to this idiot who acted like he hadn't talked to another human being before! So I just left. We had been shopping at other stores across the street and carpooled and left one car in front of B&N. when we came back the same guy was leaving the store and made a point to glare at us!
