  • Ok soooo I have a not so great update that is bringing the originally top service down in the dumps. We bought 2 chinese pistache trees, and were convinced to buy a 3rd Brazilian pepper tree. We were talked into the Brazilian pepper tree that was not native to AZ or ok with desert climate and well, it died. They replaced the tree as they had guaranteed... BUT I was told that they would "wave" the ($100) delivery cost if I paid for another ($100) warranty. I declined this and it was delivered at no cost. They did replace the dead pepper with one of the chinese pistache that we already purchased that does very well here yadayadayda. Well, they gave us the smallest tree that likely has a fungal disease from what I have researched so far . The leaves were shriveled up upon its arrival and they still are looking this way even with watering it (in addition to our irrigation). Why give us the smallest and sickly looking tree? We still have plans to landscape our entire front and back yard... so dumb. thumbs down!
