Everything about this place was perfection. We went in with high expectations and did not leave disappointed. The taste and presentation of food was impeccable. Everything was so fresh and came from different parts of the world. The service was also highly attentive, friendly and not pretentious at all. It was such a wonderful experience to be seated at the bar and watch the artists at work. It's hard to pinpoint what our favourite piece was, but if I had to choose, I'd say uni (sea urchin). Fresh, buttery and a hint of sweetness. The bill was hefty, but we came to celebrate my husband's birthday. Well worth it!
