  • I just wanted to write a follow up review to the review I posted on 3/16/2016. Since this time I have been in contact with two other people representing Academy Mortgage, and I have to say thank you to Megan in customer success and Mike. If I was able to work with people like these two, I probably would have given the company 4 or 5 stars. They truly do care and make it right by their clients. I am one that will leave a review of my experience good or bad, and I will also thank them if they have done what they had said they would do. I didn't want to take it to this level, but sometimes you have to stand up for what is right. I believe most of the people that I worked with from this company were very professional and I tried to be as well. Thank you again Mike and Megan for everything you did to make things right.
