  • This apartment has a great location - so near the 101 and 17! The neighborhood is safe and fairly quiet. I enjoy so much about living here. The only two "complaints" are that so many things break and need repair, but there isn't much staff here, especially maintenance. And one neighbor smokes a lot of weed, which smells terrible.
