My car a/c died and I needed it fixed a.s.a.p. Jim's cheerful voice answered the phone and we set an appointment up for the next day or so. Quick access to the shop off the freeway and there they were. I told Jim what was going on and he said he would call me by 10 am and let me know what the damage report was going to be. One of the perks of using Allied Service Center is that they provide you a ride back to your home/office. That is where I met Toni, the company's ambassador! We talked all the way back to my house. She has the BEST personality and made my car repair bill a little softer. I ended up needing a new compressor, so Jim was very emphatic when he delivered the "bad news" and made sure that I was sitting down...... lol!
I get a 2 year warranty on it, which is a bonus. Great experience from drop off to pick up. #goknightsgo!
