  • I came in yesterday (1/16/2018) and paid $400 for a set of door speakers + parts and installation. I was supposed to come in today (1/17/2018) to get them installed. Their Lead Tech refused to work on my car. So now I've just had my time completely wasted. They couldn't speak to their Tech when they scheduled me? Literally the most unprofessional joke of a shop. Horrible communication and customer service. In response to my understandable frustration the Sales Rep's response was "at least I didn't work on your car for 3 hours and then tell you I couldn't do the job". Seriously? I highly recommend anyone planning on getting any work done on their car to stay clear of Audio Express. Especially this location.
