  • We came here from out of town for dinner with our three kids. The server was very friendly and attentive. Upon delivering our dishes I was brought the wrong dish. The server was very apologetic about the mix up and went to fix the order. This mix up actually gave me the time to split my kids meals and let me finish my salad peacefully. Minutes later the server returns with the kitchen manager (I think) and the manager apologizes for the inconvenience and gives me my dish on the house. WOW now that's excellent customer service without me even expecting or asking for that. Job well done Olive Garden!!!!!
