  • Terrible service; it's like it was their first day (or hour) on the job and they had no idea what was going on. All I wanted was a quick cup of soup before class and it took 15 minutes for me to go through the line (there was only one person in front of me, and one behind me during the time I was there). Why did it take so long? It was unbelievable. Furthermore, when I expressed my frustration with the situation as I paid, I just got a laugh. Um, okay. I won't be back to this location, ever.
