If you want to purchase a class package or gift certificates, make sure you triple, quadruple check with the receptionist. My bf purchased a 5 class gift card for me for Christmas. It was handwritten on a large card, looked very unofficial. But apparently the receptionist said it's no problem. The certificate can only be redeemed in person (very inconvenient and inefficient) when classes have to be booked online. They could not locate my name or the gift certicate over the phone. I emailed the owner and he said the purchase did not exist in their system and asked for a proof of purchase. No apologies, nothing. So I sent him a credit card statement with the charge. 3-4 days later, a trainer emailed me and said that it was a wrong pass they sold my bf and asked for more money to get the original class package I wanted, still no apologies. Email responses were very slow and I did not feel cared for. It took about a week and half for the studio to sort this purchase out and it was very frustrating from my part. I've been to the studio once before this incident but will never go back.
