  • This is great place to live. It's contently located next to the 60 and 101. Quick and easy access to anywhere in Phoenix. The pool area is awesome. Our kids swim nearly every day during the summer. This place has the most storage of any apartment this same size that we have seen. A water vending machine is located on site. Laundry cards for the washing machines are much better then lugging around spare change. Some of the new apartments have washers, dryers, or hook-ups. They have two gas grills that we use on a regular basis. There are so many parking spots available which makes it easy if you have two cars. The only thing I wish they had was a playground for my 5 year old. Laura and John in the front office are great. They are always friendly and quick to help you out with any requests or needs. Ray is in charge of maintenance and is always hard working and very polite. You'll see him up at the crack of dawn cleaning the grounds.
