rev:text	My experience here was phenomenal. From booking the first appointment for a consultation, to following through with the dying of my hair. My consultation was with Bijlana, and my hair was done by Erika. First things first, my hair was practically virgin black, with a few Balayage highlights. I wanted to go from this, to an extremely light brown, practically blonde. Bijlana and Erika both expressed to me that going that light was possible, but doing it in the first session could damage my hair... which none of us wanted! However, my hair did lighten almost to how I wanted it to be! They were very honest with what could happen and what they could do to my hair and I listened to the advice they gave, that tended EXACTLY to what I wanted. They listen to what you want, and they tell you what the realities of it is, and then they follow through with whatever you choose, whatever you decide. It's all about you, and they make sure that you are happy. It took 5.5 hours to complete my hair, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Though Erika worked on my hair, and she was INCREDIBLE, I believe that any of the stylists can achieve what you want. Their honesty with you is what was most important. From booking the appointments, to the consultation and price, and to following through with the appointment. Maria, the owner, is also the sweetest! Very patient and kind. I rescheduled my appointment three times in the same day, and she was able to make it possible for me to get my hair done when I needed to. Absolutely love it. 5 stars all around.
