My comment is on the sales side, not the garage/servicing. We went in to have a look at the GLK SUV and were again helped immediately. We were taken out and shown all the features then taken out on a test drive. This was a sweet and long drive, taking on the freeway, backroads, flooring it on gravel and pounding on the breaks. The performance was sick but the interior left something to be desired. Was alot more traditional than I wanted and didn't look as hip and sporty.
Reviewing the price was kinda awkward and we got some of the "sales vibe" from him (although I guess that's their job) but when we asked how much wiggle room there was in price we were told that it was already discounted $2,200 based on the 4Matic for everyone event. It was just the way he told us by saying "I didn't have to tell you about that discount, but I did. If you asked for anything more I would have to run it by my Manager and they might approve $300 but that's it". Really? You didn't have to tell me about the 4MATIC for EVERYONE? How nice of you. Other than that portion of the sales talk, the rest was a really good experience and I think the price was competitive to market as well.
