Came here on a Friday afternoon, and there was no wait!!! What a surprise! I was immediately greeted by Ryan- an employee there. I told him I wanted to cancel my TV service ( because I haven't used it in over 6 months- as I use services like Hulu, hbogo, cbs.com, Netflix). He also asked me if I used my land Line (which I haven't picked up or used a land line in forever- except at work). He helped me with my account and was very detailed. He even hooked me up with all the information to buy a router/modem set because I didn't want to pay the $9.99 a month for the rental.
They do have a router you can buy through Cox- it does come with a 2 year warranty (if it breaks you can exchange it).
Ryan even helped to get me an upgraded internet speed for a better price. NEVER have I been treated so well at cox because usually I have really bad experiences at cox (wait time, slow employees, etc). The manager there- Lamarr and Ryan were also so sweet. When I walked out of the store, they both held the door open for me like gentlemen.
