rev:text	My first LV experience was wonderful thanks to Elsa Barnes. She was extremely helpful during the process of me testing different bags and helping orient me in what would work best for my needs. During my visit to Las Vegas, my husband an I initially visited the LV store located at Caesars Palace. From the moment we walked in, we felt as if the staff was judgmental and did not want to take their time to even address us based on our appearance. On the other hand, Elsa and the rest of the staff at this particular store made us feel very welcome and comfortable, were patient with us, and even waited without passing judgment for me to return on another day to make my purchase. I am extremely happy with my purchase and throughly enjoying my delightful. In addition, Elsa even went as far as to message me 3 months later to follow up with me on the satisfaction of my purchase and offer me assistance with any other questions or products. I am very happy with her service!
