| - Worst place I have ever seen in my life to be considered a actual Clinic of Vet , My dog was pooping blood from a bad case of diarrhea, I figured it was the first time this had happened I wanted to get a x-ray to make sure she didn't eat a bone out the trash or something , we called to ask how much it would be for the visit and the x-ray , well the receptionist was telling me she couldn't give me a price and I was like that's not right just give me a idea of how much so I could stop at the bank and get the money out to pay , well she just couldn't get her act together as of to adding numbers I think and told me I had to ask the doctor, she put me on hold so we decided to take the dog up there while on hold for a " doctor " ,, we live 15 min away , by the time we got there I was still on hold lol " should have known " , we get there and there was not 1 car or person outside or in the waiting room , the receptionist checked us in no problem, said " we just called my dog is pooping blood pretty bad " at this point I just wanted diarrhea medicine and some generic antibiotics and a x-ray , well we get checked in , and that's about it .... wait an hour .... still no " hold on we'll be right with you , nothing ,no doctor, no nurse , nothing ,, were just sitting in this room for no reason, my dog looks to be doing better she had went to sleep waiting on the nurse , my wife and I went in the hallway outside of the room to see to put surprise 4/5/6 nurses in the receptionist area doing nothing , they are all sitting around straitening paperwork into perfect 90 degree piles and asking each other where so and so is because I guess they were needing a extra hand at getting the 3-4 pieces of paper stacked in the plastic cubicles correctly, not 1 of the employees there appeared to actually work or do anything outside of there own personal agendas, they all looked at the front door as if it was gonna open and they were gonna fly outside without walking into their cars and get shipped home to do their nails and play with their hair in the mirror, forget the fact my dog is bleeding out her butt and could have a piece of bone in her stomach they just wanted to magically not be there , this place has the worst group of individual women working together at a common cause , run the bill up on customers seems to be their MO , We sat in the room for a hour nobody came to do anything so we didn't have a bill and if I did I wouldn't have paid it because of the service, nobody came to help us the whole time we were there we just waisted hours of our crucial time here for no reason, we left and got diarrhea medicine from pet smart for 16$ saving us what appeared to be a 1000$ bill from the other reviews for no reason
