  • I really do enjoy living here. Management is great, and so is maintenance. I love how everything is done online like: repairs, bill payments, etc. you can get another carport for an extra $20 - but parking isn't a big issue. Landscape is greatly maintained. My apartment had a few issues at move in and they were very quick about it. Location is great! Close to the mall and all the shops. The most important of all - community is very quiet. There is a few things that made me knock out a star. 1) My upstairs neighbor is very inconsiderate - very loud stopping and she let her kid just run around. 2) Fees - they charge you a $1 fee to pay by eCheck and $25 to pay with a debit/credit card. You get a monthly invoice which is fantastic - only thing is they charge you a $5 fee to send it to you and there is no way to op out. 3) Gates need a major upgrade All and all I like it here :) This is coming from the most particular and picky person.
