rev:text	Decided to come here for a trim and a gloss a couple of months ago, mostly because this salon is located close to home. I didn't want to spend too much so booked services with a junior stylist. The day of my appointment I received a phone call from the salon letting me know that due to a family emergency my stylist wouldn't be available. I was given 2 options: reschedule my appointment or I could come in around the same time as my scheduled appointment and be seen by a senior stylist for the price of a junior stylist since that was the service I booked. Needless to say I decided to come in the same day to see a senior stylist. I was a little worried about the vibe inside the salon since it is located on King West, but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional atmosphere rather than one of pretentiousness. I checked in and was thanked by the reception desk for agreeing to come in and apologized to for the change of plans. The salon was pretty busy but it seemed that everyone was working efficiently and effectively between the different services that their clients wanted. I was offered a beverage while waiting to meet with my stylist Sharon. I met with Sharon who then briefly went over how I wanted my hair trimmed and what type of gloss we would do and then I was on my way to get my hair washed. The cut, gloss and then styling took just under 2 hrs and Sherri was very friendly and chatty (but not overly). The prices are reasonable for the location and though I'd probably prefer to pay less, I had a great experience and will return since it's in my neighbourhood.
