  • Don't try to book an appointment here with the owner by text, it's a joke. She won't respond half the time and will continue to put you off. When you finally get fed up and mention the poor customer service, owner will suddenly be very responsive, get really defensive, and blame the cell phone company and not take responsibility for being non responsive. I finally gave up because she clearly didn't want my business.
