We needed some cracked roof tiles replaced on our home since we were selling it so our realtor recommend them. We have never had any roof leaks in the 8 years we lived in the home. A couple of weeks before we had them come give us an estimate there were no issues though there was a huge monsoon storm, but just after they fixed the roof tiles the water poured into the house during another monsoon storm right from one of the locations where they replaced cracked roof tiles. When we looked at the roof, they had replaced the tiles but left tons of debris in between the tiles so there would be tons of room for water to flow in, and the leaking area was the worst. It was just some random workers that did the job and they don't speak English either so we were surprised since we had been told we were paying more because the roofer had to be licensed and we couldn't discuss anything with them while they were there since they had no idea what we were saying. Then when Prime Roofing looked at everything again they just said it was an unrelated issue and they would have to redo the entire area and charge a fortune to fix it. Seems a bit convenient for them.
