  • Just came in looking for a natural gas grill. Asked for an associate to help us, as all we were seeing were the propane grills. A guy named Simon was asked to come help us. He appeared to have no interest in helping us, was very disengaged and rude, and preferred to go talk to his three sales associate buddies who were standing nearby. Since we couldn't find what we were looking for, and no one was helping us, we left. Thank goodness Home Depot is right up the street.
