  • I supposedly received a 'deep-cleaning' but all I had was just scraping. Don't most hygienist use a rubber tip drill to shmear fluoride gel, have you rinse then floss afterwards before sending you on your way? And then they don't even give you a toothbrush toothpaste kit as a thank you for coming in? What kind of modern dentistry is this? I'm hoping my next visit here will be better. If not I'm going somewhere else. What a joke! Update: I had a follow up call and they cleared up the misunderstanding.
