  • Have lived here for 2 months and have had the water shut off at least 4 times. They tell you it will be for a few hours and then no update and no water. Today they said it would be shut off from 9:15-noon and it's now 6:32 and no water..... our name hasn't been added to the intercom and are having trouble letting our guests in. I have emailed them numerous times and no response. The customer service here is the worst, they don't care. Also my sister lives here and has had people try and walk into Her and her boyfriends apartment and the front office never followed up.
