  • Worst healthcare experience of my life! MATHEISON, PA was rude, unethical and an all around jerk! My dtr and I were seen in the urgent care on 07/20/17 for symptoms of Strep. He did not introduce himself, talked to my minor dtr without ever addressing me, the parent. Then told me that the spots I saw on my throat were not spots and were a reflection from the lights on the ceiling. Asked me how many throats have I looked at to know what I'm looking at, told me that until I am diagnosed with Lukemia or Pancreatic cancer I don't have a right to complain, that I'm not THAT sick. When I asked if he had reviewed my rapid strep test, he HADN'T! He left the room to review it, came back and lone behold,I has strep. He said he would call in something, I had to ask what he was prescribing, then when I asked his name he said " It will be printed on the prescription label when you pick it up." After pressing him that I have a right to know who is treating me he finally gave me his last name. This guy has truly forgotten the oath he took and his ego is larger than his degree. This so called health "Professional" should be fired!
