If I could I would give no stars. Decided to try mobile app ordering. I placed my order at 6:40am. I paid and received my confirmation order I updated showing I was in parking spot 3. I sat there for 15 minutes. I tried calling the store - no answer - so I went in. They have no record off my order. I showed "the manager" my emailed receipt and the order on my app. It doesn't show on her screen so nothing she can do. So I ask how do I get my money back since I am not getting my food. She doesn't know and obviously doesn't care. I ask her for her name. She refuses to give me her name. So I took a picture of her - flipping me off. Customer service at its finest. I have proof of my order and proof that I paid and I get this.
