  • Waiting to be seen. Staff completely unhelpful so far. Asked if they would check my daughter's temp as she was at 105 when we left the house, was asked to wait about 5 minutes while one if the staff members sat at her desk chatting away with her music on. Dirty waiting area. Next time we will travel the extra half our to Banner since they have an amazing pediatric staff.
