  • Let me first start off by saying this, the customer service is awful here and the main reason I have stopped coming. Vicky is the owner and is in the shop daily doing eyebrows and nails. She is not friendly at all and has terrible manners towards paying customers. I've been a long time customer here (for years). I would come to get my nails done by Vicky's daughter and Vicky's husband (I think his name is Tom?) - both of these people are wonderful and very nice. I would also come every few weeks to get my eyebrows done by Vicky. As much as I dislike her, she is good at what she does. The shop itself isn't anything special or appeasing to the eye, in fact it's probably due for an upgrade. However they do seem to be fairly hygienic, I've seen them put tools in the heat machines to clean and cure them, and they do make you purchase your own nail file set which they can also store for you. I'm still on the hunt for a replacement salon, but seeing the rudeness that emanates from Vicky towards paying customers is just not worth it anymore!
