I have an older sick dog who is off her food. The staff were very helpful to me and, when they were out of the small size of Benny bullies, gave me a generous sample bag to tide me over until they came in the next day. True, it was a tiny bit slow, but waiting a couple of minutes gave me a chance to observe how they treated the dogs they were minding and I was impressed. There were frequent checks and water fill-ups and pretty much ongoing interaction with the dogs, whose personalities and quirks the minders actually understood and worked with. I would feel comfortable leaving a dog in their care.
